You also have the right to limit use and disclosure of sensitive personal information in certain states.
• We do not sell your Protected Health Information.
• We do not share Protected Health Information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
• Customer information collected as part of any SMS or text-messaging program will not be shared or sold to third parties for any purpose related to any SMS program.
• For limited categories of non-PHI Site data (such as analytics and certain advertising Cookies on non-PHI pages), our use may be considered "sharing" or "sale" under some state laws. You can opt out below.

We will process your request within the time required by your state's law and will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

• IP and device identifiers, browser type, and pageview data via analytics and advertising Cookies on non-PHI pages of the Site only.
Consistent with California Civil Code §1798.120(c) and similar state-law provisions, we do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 without (i) the affirmative opt-in of the consumer if the consumer is between 13 and 15, or (ii) the affirmative opt-in of the consumer's parent or guardian if the consumer is under 13. The Service is not offered to individuals under 18 — see the Privacy Policy eligibility age — but this minor-protections rule applies to any incidental processing.
