1. What this Policy covers

1. What this Policy covers

This Cookies & Tracking Technologies Policy describes how Leader Health uses cookies, pixels, tags, SDKs, local storage, and similar technologies (collectively, "Cookies") on the Site. It supplements the Privacy Policy.

2. Types of Cookies we use

2. Types of Cookies we use

a. Strictly necessary. Required for the Site to function — for example, sign-in, security, fraud prevention, load balancing, and remembering your cart. These cannot be turned off.

b. Functional. Remember preferences (language, region, accessibility settings) to improve your experience.

c. Performance and analytics. Help us understand how the Site is used so we can improve it. Examples may include first-party analytics and aggregated traffic measurement.

d. Advertising and targeting. May be used to measure ad performance and, where you have consented, to deliver more relevant marketing communications. We do not use Cookies on pages where PHI is displayed or collected for advertising purposes.

3. Third-party Cookies

3. Third-party Cookies

Some Cookies are set by third parties (analytics providers, advertising partners, video providers). Those third parties may receive limited, non-PHI information about your interaction with the Site, subject to their own privacy policies. We list our principal cookie partners on this page and update the list as it changes.

4. Your choices

4. Your choices

a. Cookie banner. When you first visit the Site, you'll see a banner that lets you accept or decline non-essential Cookies. You can change your choice at any time via "Cookie Preferences" in the Site footer.

b. Browser controls. Most browsers allow you to block or delete Cookies. Doing so may affect Site functionality.

c. Global Privacy Control (GPC). We are implementing support for the Global Privacy Control (GPC) opt-out preference signal in accordance with California Civil Code §1798.135 and the corresponding regulations. Until GPC support is live, California residents may opt out of "sale" and "sharing" by visiting Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information or by emailing privacy@myleaderhealth.com. This Policy and the Do Not Sell or Share page will be updated when GPC support is live.

d. Do Not Sell or Share. See Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information.

5. Health-data restrictions

5. Health-data restrictions

We do not drop advertising or behavioral analytics Cookies on logged-in patient pages, intake flows, telehealth visits, lab-results pages, or any page where PHI is processed. Tracking on those pages is limited to strictly necessary and functional Cookies.
